
Mango Lassi
Ingredients
Plain Yoghurt- 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Mango Pulp - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 4 tspn
A small dash of cardamom
Ice Cubes
Method of Preparation.
Put Mango, yoghurt, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for
2 minutes, then pour into individual glasses with ice cubes and serve.
Sprinkle with a little cardamom
